Two $10m investors cleared to move to NZ

4:00 AM Wednesday Nov 18, 2009 Two business migrants, wanting to invest $10 million each in New Zealand and described as "well known" and "serious entrepreneurs", have been given the okay to invest and move to New Zealand. The two approvals, under the Investor Policy, have been issued in addition to another nine approvals-in-principle granted to migrants wanting to invest at least $1.5 million each, Immigration New Zealand said. "One, a $10 million investor, has been approved, and another $10 million investor has been granted an approval-in-principle to transfer funds," said an immigration spokesman. (more...)

General Corporate Membership:

Corporate membership is for companies and organizations with more than two members of The Kiwi Chamber. The costs is to be calculated on the number of members at the Individual membership cost less KRW 50,000 for the group annually. All nominated members of the Corporation are entitled to voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and all other meetings where voting is required, and are welcome to attend all Kiwi Chamber activities. A corporate logo will be included on the Chamber’s website. The Corporation may nominate one representative member who will be eligible to stand for an elected position on the Board of Directors of The Kiwi Chamber.

기업 회원 멤버십은 두 명 이상의 주한뉴질랜드상공회의소 회원이 있는 기업이나 조직을 위한 멤버십입니다. 연회비는 지명되는 회원의 숫자에 따라 산출되며, 1인당 연회비는 개인회원의 연회비인 100,000원보다 저렴합니다. 기업 또는 조직에서 지명된 모든 회원은 매년 열리는 주한뉴질랜드상공회의소 총회와 투표가 필요한 주한뉴질랜드상공회의소의 기타 모임에서 투표권을 행사할 수 있으며, 또한 주한뉴질랜드상공회의소에서 주최하는 행사에 참여하실 수 있습니다. 회원 기업/조직은 주한뉴질랜드상공회의소 웹사이트에 기업의 로고가 게시되며, 귀사 내의 대표 한 분은 주한뉴질랜드상공회의소 이사회의 이사로 선출될 수 있는 자격이 주어집니다.

Fee: KRW 10 million

Platinum Sponsorship provides for up to 5 free memberships. All nominated members of the sponsoring Corporation are entitled to voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and all other meetings where voting is required, are welcome to attend all Kiwi Chamber activities free of charge with the opportunity for one nominated member to sit at the head table when provided. A corporate logo will be included on all Chamber printed literature, the website and event banner. The Corporation may nominate one representative member who will be eligible to stand for an elected position on the Board of Directors of The Kiwi Chamber.

Gold

Fee: KRW 5 million

Gold Sponsorship provides for up to 3 free memberships. All nominated members of the sponsoring Corporation are entitled to voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and all other meetings where voting is required, are welcome to attend all Kiwi Chamber activities free of charge. A corporate logo will be included on all Chamber printed literature, the website and event banner. The Corporation may nominate one representative member who will be eligible to stand for an elected position on the Board of Directors of The Kiwi Chamber.

Silver

Fee: KRW 2 million

Silver Sponsorship provides for up to 2 free memberships. All nominated members of the sponsoring Corporation are entitled to voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and all other meetings where voting is required, are welcome to attend all Kiwi Chamber activities free of charge. A corporate logo will be included on all Chamber printed literature, the website and event banner. The Corporation may nominate one representative member who will be eligible to stand for an elected position on the Board of Directors of The Kiwi Chamber.
