Kiwi Young Leaders Korea is involved in a wide range of activities and events.

October 26th: Kiwi Chamber “The New Zealand Wine Experience”

What: Kiwi Chamber is hosting a wine tasting event with over 20 participating wineries and over 80 premium New Zealand red and white wines.

This is building on the success of last years event, ”100% Pure New Zealand”, and promises to an evening to remember for wine enthusiasts.

Will also feature New Zealand finger food, including Greenshell mussels and a variety of cheese.

October 28th: Kiwi Young Leaders Seminar – Starting a Business in Korea

What: Kiwi Young Leaders has organised a seminar exploring starting a business in Korea. Special thanks to the Seoul Global Business Center for their help.

The seminar will feature speakers and guests with experience in this area, who can answer questions and offer advice.

In addition, the seminar will cover the different options for starting a business in Korea, the initial actions required and visa issues involved.

 November 2nd: Kiwi Chamber Casual Dinner with Weta Digital’s Matt Aitken

What: Kiwi Chamber is hosting Matt Aitken from Weta Digital. Matt is VFX Supervisor and was nominated for an Oscar for his visual effects work on District 9.

In addition to hearing of his experience and knowledge of the New Zealand film industry, expect Matt to comment on New Zealand and Korea’s film relationship. A relationship that has played a part in films including “Bungee Jumping of Their Own,” “Old Boy,” “Silmido,” “Antarctic Journal” and “It’s Okay As I Love You?”.

November 7th: “Gyeongbokgung – Unexpected Ways” Photo exhibition by Kiwi, Blair Kitchener.

What: Blair Kitchener, a fellow Kiwi, is having the opening for his photo exhibition at Le Saint-Ex French Bistro in Itaewon, Seoul.

 The photo exhibition is titled “Gyeongbokgung – Unexpected Ways”.

When: November 7th – Sunday 3pm-6pm
